Shipping Policy:

Khanyele Wellness, LLC ships to throughout the United States via USPS. The cost of shipping is determined based on the delivery address.

The processing time for orders is 7-14 business days. During this timeframe you will receive tracking info. After your order has been shipped, delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Khanyele Wellness, LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package is shipped.Packages undeliverable will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Billing:

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal as a form of payment.

Refund Policy:

Due to the fresh and consumable nature of most of our products we do not offer refunds. Therefore, refunds of monies paid for any advice, product, and/or services shall not be issued under any circumstance unless your return is the result of our error (damaged, or incorrect item). The Customer, client, and/or purchaser of said advice, product, and/or services are solely responsible in the decision to utilize any advice, product, and/or services offered by that of Taylor D. Daugherty, staff or affiliated organizations, or Khanyele Wellness LLC. Said customer, client, and/or purchaser shall not hold Taylor D. Daugherty, staff or affiliated organizations, or Khanyele Wellness LLC responsible for any adverse conditions said customer, client, or purchaser may/may not experience in following such advice, or product/service utilization.​

Consuming herbal based teas and other herbal/plant based products may cause the body to release toxins and may feel uncomfortable to the user.  This is usually not a 'side effect' of the herb(s) but the physical manifestation of various toxic compounds being released from the body.​
